The staff is incredibly kind, friendly, helpful. They went out of their way with little personal touches to make our stay a pleasant one. The breakfast buffet is excellent (just avoid the 9am rush). The restaurant on the rooftop serves great food and cocktails and the view of the water and port is lovely. The hotel is conveniently located near the aquarium, the local beach, public transportation, language school, one of the shopping districts. Our room on the 6th floor was quiet.

The hotel is located by the Alcaravaneras beach, in proximity to public transportation and the city center of Las Palmas. The breakfast buffet is very good, offering a variety between pastries, fruit, eggs, juices, coffee, youghurt, etc. The staff is friendly and helpful , always with a smile, making me feel happy. I like the modern luxury feel of the hotel, the color scheme and the paintings on the walls. Soft and comfortable bed. The illumination system in the bedroom is high-tech, but can take some time to get used to it. Very good water pressure at the bathroom. Fresh towels everyday. Big TV in the bedroom.

Staff were very helpful in sorting our requests, getting information and booking Taxis. Breakfast had a good variety with loads of fresh options.

It's pretty central. 2 mins Beach, 7 mins central las palmas/ catlina pk. Quiet hotel.

The location is conveninent. The room is spacious, clean, and nicely designed. The bathroom is really big and has proper water pressure. The gym is small but with lots of lights. Rooftop provides a nice view.

The reception staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. All of them spoke really good English. Breakfast was good but very busy.

great room for a short stay, rooftop restaurant offered a varied menu and food was lovely, sea view from balcony, nice toiletries. Glass of cava on arrival was unexpected and delicious
